The idea of this blog came up to me pretty quickly, as I started to read Allen Carr's The easy way to stop smoking 2 days ago (I am actually reading the spanish version - Es fácil dejar de fumar si sabes como).
I am very passionate about sports in general, and I am taking the opportunity of loosing that really bad habbit to get back to my passion : sports!
Just like this, I found myself a starting idea and a title for my first blog, YannT's 3 S. The 3Ss stands for SPORTS and STOP SMOKING!
I started to read this great book recommended to me by a friend that stop smoking thanks to it.
He told me about this book years ago, but I decided to start with it just now, as I am starting a new life.
The book is very well written and it looks like a lot of smokers quit after reading it.
It is really helping you answer the right questions : Why am I smoking!?
It help you having a deep reflexion on yourself and your experience as a smoker.
So far I read 7 chapters, let's see how it goes.
On the sport side, there are not so much movement so far as I am still adapting to my new life.
I started to work in Amsterdam 2 weeks ago, after a good 6 months of holidays!
In the beginning, I just want to go jogging (tonight???) and do some workout sessions.

well in the first chapters, the author told you not to change your habbit. I guess I will get to a point in the book where it will be : "Ok, now that you know what you are facing, it is time to smoke you last fag!"
